AI Integration · Assistants, Automation & Knowledge

From a prompt to a live update in minutes .

I build AI into the way your business already works: assistants that answer from your own data, automations that do the routine work, and tools your team can trust, with guards on everything that changes something.

From Hours to Minutes

This isn't a demo. I run AI integration on production servers today, with several guards between a prompt and a live change.

  • Before A routine update to a client's website, done by hand 2–4 hours
  • Now The same update from a prompt, checked by guards before it goes live Minutes

What I Build

Three ways AI usually pays off first. Pick the line that sounds like you.

Chat & Support Assistants

We answer the same questions all day

An assistant on your website, WhatsApp, or inbox that answers from your own products, prices, and policies, and hands the conversation to a person when it should.

  • Answers drawn from your own documents and data, not the open internet
  • A clear hand-off to your team for anything it shouldn't decide
  • Tone, limits, and topics set to match your business
  • Conversations logged so you can see what it said and why

Workflow Automation

We copy the same data between tools by hand

AI steps inside the processes you already run: reading requests, drafting replies, updating records, and making routine changes to your website, with a check before anything goes live.

  • Your current process mapped, and the steps worth automating picked out
  • Automations connected to the tools you already use
  • Guards on every step that changes something: limits, checks, and approval
  • A log of every action, and a way to undo it

Internal Knowledge Tools

The answer exists, but nobody can find it

Search and answers over your own documents, procedures, and product catalogs, so your team finds what it needs in seconds and every answer points to its source.

  • Your documents, procedures, and catalogs indexed in one place
  • Answers that cite the document they came from
  • Access limited to the people who should see each source
  • Updates as your documents change, without rebuilding it

Sound Familiar

Most of the time AI isn't the problem. The work around it is still done by hand.

  • The same questions, all day Prices, opening hours, and order status answered by hand Answered from your data, handed off when needed
  • Copy and paste between tools The inbox, a spreadsheet, and the CRM kept in sync by people Records updated by the workflow itself
  • Small changes that wait for days Routine website updates queued behind bigger work Shipped from a prompt in minutes, with guards
  • Answers buried in documents Procedures and catalogs nobody can search Answers that point to their source
  • An AI pilot nobody trusts A chatbot that guesses, with no limits and no log Clear limits, approval, and a log of every action

Built With Guards

AI that changes things needs limits. Everything I build checks its work before it acts, asks a person when it should, and leaves a record you can read.

I use standard model APIs, Hermes, OpenClaw, or n8n when they fit, and build from scratch when your business needs functions they don't have.

  • It answers from your data and says when it doesn't know
  • Changes pass checks before they go live
  • A person approves anything outside the agreed limits
  • Every action is logged and can be undone
  • Your accounts, keys, and data stay yours

How It Works

Four steps, and you know the price before any work starts.

  1. Intro A short call or email about your process and where the hours go. Free.
  2. Review & quote I map the workflow, pick what is worth automating, and send a fixed quote.
  3. Build & guard Built on your tools, tested on real cases, with guards on every change.
  4. Hand-off Documentation of what it does, what it won't do, and how to adjust it.

Why Me

You work directly with the engineer doing the work. No account managers, and no hand-offs to juniors.

I've built and maintained more than 75 websites since 2020, and AI is part of how I engineer every day. The same guarded setup already runs on production servers, not just in a test.

Questions

Will my data be used to train AI models?

Your data is used to answer and act for your business, not to train public models. I choose providers and settings for that, and document where your data goes.

Which AI tools do you use?

Standard model APIs, Hermes, OpenClaw, or n8n when they fit, and a custom build when your business needs functions they don't have. The choice follows the problem.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?

Guards check changes before they go live, a person approves anything outside the agreed limits, and every action is logged so it can be traced and undone.

Do you work for agencies?

Yes. I work with agencies on their clients' projects, under your name if you prefer, delivered to your standard and documentation.

How does pricing work?

Every project starts with a free intro and a fixed quote once I know the scope. Running costs, such as model usage, are explained before anything is built.

Start

Tell me what you have and where the hours go. I'll usually reply within one working day with how I'd approach it and a quote.
