Scope
These terms cover this website at sultankautsar.com and the project it is built from: its text, code, design, images, video and every other part, in all past, present and future versions. Third-party materials are excluded, as described under Third-Party Materials.
Everything here is proprietary. Unless a use is listed under What You May Do, or agreed in writing with me, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any part of it.
What You May Do
- Read the site: visit and read it in a browser, including the temporary copies browsers, networks and caches make to show it.
- Find it in search: search engines and similar services may crawl, index and cache it, and show titles, short snippets and links.
- Link to it: link to any page and share those links.
- Quote it: quote short excerpts with clear attribution to Sultan Kautsar and a link to the source page.
- Use the code examples: use the short code examples in my notes in your own projects, commercial or not, without attribution. Republishing the notes themselves, or collecting the examples into a published work, is not included.
Artificial Intelligence
The site and its content may not be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate or otherwise develop machine learning or AI models, or be included in datasets for those purposes.
AI assistants may read individual pages to answer a specific person's question at that person's request, as long as they cite and link to the source page.
Other Permissions
Any other use needs a prior written agreement with me. You can ask at hello@sultankautsar.com, but I am under no obligation to reply or to agree.

Some materials on this site belong to others and stay under their own terms:
- Fonts: Geist and Geist Mono, Copyright 2024 The Geist Project Authors, are licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1.
- Trademarks: names and logos of companies and products belong to their owners and are only used to describe them.
- Other people: images of, and content about, other people remain subject to their rights.

Nothing here limits what the law already allows without a license, such as quotation, fair use or fair dealing.

Everything on this site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Notes, case studies and code examples are general information, not legal, compliance or other professional advice. To the maximum extent the law allows, I am not liable for any damage arising from using, or being unable to use, anything here.
Legal Details
Termination
Using the site in breach of these terms automatically ends the permissions above for whoever is responsible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect, and the invalid part applies as far as the law allows.
Changes
I may update these terms at any time. The current version is always on this page.
