I'm Sultan Kautsar, founder of Rayatiga, an SME providing web development, on page SEO, Google Tag Manager integration, web migration, and web maintenance. I specialize as a Marketing Technology Architect, connecting websites, marketing tools, and tracking systems into one working setup.
I build websites mostly on WordPress. Over the years I've handled more than 50 websites, managing servers and maintaining them so they run smoothly with zero downtime. I also build landing pages designed for conversions, integrating them with the marketing tools businesses actually use.
My focus goes deep into tracking and measurement. I work with GA4, Google Ads conversions, and Google Tag Manager. I've helped many agencies, mostly in Germany and worldwide, fix their conversion tracking, including handling GDPR and Consent Management v2 requirements.
I like automating repetitive work and finding ideas that make workflows easier and more efficient. I use Linux as my daily driver and I'm comfortable working with Docker. I lean toward minimalism, clean workflows, and a neat setup in everything I build. I also work with AI as a tool and co-worker in my process.
