Notes on Engineering.
Write-ups of systems I built: a headless CMS, a deployment pipeline, a circuit breaker for Amazon SES, and an ERP that replaced a paid CRM.

4 Notes
- Replacing a Paid CRM with ERPNext How I moved a studio's quotations, invoices, and bookkeeping from Perfex CRM to a self-hosted ERPNext: why ERPNext, an importer that reconciles eight years of data per client, a cutover with the rollback written first, and what still waits on finance.
- A Circuit Breaker for Amazon SES SES Guard, a small CloudFormation stack that watches Amazon SES for sending spikes and high bounce or complaint rates, stops sending automatically, keeps the logs, and alerts Telegram, PagerDuty, and email with who was sending.
- Headless CMS for a Brand Site A practical headless CMS setup for a company brand site using WordPress and Next.js on RunCloud, with Docker, Supervisor, on-demand revalidation, and scripted release, deploy, and rollback.
- A Practical Deployment Pipeline How development, preview, and production environments work together, with build-once promotion, feature flags, and a rollback plan decided before you need it.
